Ingredients
– Tub of Black Swan Green Goddess Dip
– Iceberg Lettuce (1x half head)
– Cucumber (Lebanese)
– Spring Onions
– Avocado
– Mint (bunch)
– Chives (bunch)
– Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
– Corn Chips
Method
- Thin out the Black Swan Green Goddess with EVOO to a dressing consistency in mixing bowl with a fork/whisk and set aside.
- Finely shred lettuce and mint leaves.
- Finely dice cucumber and avocado.
- Thinly slice spring onions and chives.
- Combine ingredients and toss with dressing.
