Potato & Rosemary Pizza

- 250g pizza dough ball (pre-made)
- 1/2 tub Black Swan Cheesy Garlic & Herbs
- 60g grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 potato, thinly sliced
- 1 sprig rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Prepare fresh pizza dough as per pack instructions.
  3. Roll the dough into a round, thin pizza shape and place on a lined baking tray or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the Black Swan Cheesy Garlic and Herbs onto the pizza dough. Top with mozzarella cheese. Evenly distribute the sliced potato and top with rosemary leaves.
  5. Cook in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden. Serve while warm.
