Toasted Rye With Mixed Olives

Ingredients

- 1x Black Swan Chunky - Roasted Eggplant, Fetta & Almonds with a pinch of herbs dip
- Loaf of artisan rye bread
- Mixed olives
- Chilli flakes
- Optional: baby spinach and fetta

Method

  1. Cut two generous of rye and toast to your liking
  2. Spread Black Swan Chunky – Roasted Eggplant, Fetta & Almonds dip onto your toasted rye.
  3. Top with quartered mixed olives
  4. Optional: sprinkle some chilli flakes and add spinach or crumbled fetta.
