Ingredients
– 1kg chicken wings
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter
– ½ cup hot sauce
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– ¼ tsp salt
– Black Swan Creamy Ranch
Method
- Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 230°C for 30 mins until crispy, turning once.
- Whisk remaining ingredients over a low heat in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.
- Generously coat wings with sauce and serve with plenty of Black Swan Creamy Ranch
