Delicious Leek & Bacon Gnocchi

Serves 2  




- Black Swan Warming Leek and Bacon Dip 180g
- 150g bacon
- Olive oil
- ½ Packet (250g) pre-made chilled potato gnocchi
- Cream (optional)
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional)


  1. Chop the bacon.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a large frying pan, then place over medium-high heat.
  3. Add in the bacon, cook until it starts to crisp up.
  4. Cook the gnocchi in a large pan of boiling salted water according to pack instructions.
  5. Drain and add the cooked gnocchi to the pan, reserving some of the cooking water. Reduce the heat to medium.
  6. Add the tub of Black Swan Warming Leek & Bacon Dip, toss well to warm through.
  7. Add more cooking water or cream if desired until it’s lovely and glossy and as saucy as you like it.
  8. Serve into pasta bowls, topping with fresh thyme if desired.
